Inventory is continuous updated but sizes can sell out at out our retail salon or online before actual inventory has a chance to be physically updated in the system. Sizes show as available frequently change. We will email you if this occurs and offer alterative size, color or style, if available, or issue full refund.
Please see size chart for sizing. All formal gowns will required professional alterations to achieve a perfect fit. Select size to fit your largest body measurement and have gown professionally altered. All gowns are cut for a height of approximately 5'9" in a high heel. We do not carry petites.
Dresses may be returned for a refund; there is restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. You must notify us, via email, within 3 days of the date you receive delivery if you wish to return or exchange your dress. We do this because most formalwear is a one-time wear item. After the 3-day period we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Most online retailers offer store credit as a return; because we offer a refund, we have had to implement this strict time frame policy.
