It is highly recommended you use a professional seamstress/tailor for your alterations. All formalwear is not ready to wear and requires alterations. All gowns are made to fit someone approx. 5'9" wearing a high heel, if you are shorter than this you will need dress hemmed. We do not offer custom measurements, extra length or petites
Dresses may be returned for a refund; there is restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. You must notify us, via email, within 3 days of the date you receive delivery if you wish to return or exchange your dress. We do this because most formalwear is a one-time wear item. After the 3-day period we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Most online retailers offer store credit as a return; because we offer a refund, we have had to implement this strict time frame policy.
