Shipping policy
- We ship via UPS with tracking and insurance. We may require a signature for delivery. If no one is home to sign for delivery, your delivery may be attempted the following day or delivered to a pickup location nearby. Driver may also leave package at their discretion.
- Our processing time is 2-3 business days. Actual shipping time varies depending on your location. All orders ship ground unless you upgrade shipping at time of order. Due to the time zone difference of our store and warehouse, we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
- Please be aware of date you need dress when you place your order. Most dresses will need alterations once you receive them, please keep this in mind when placing order. Please email or call us if you need dress quickly!
- Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, holidays excluded. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and Tuesday, excluding holidays.
- Once placed we cannot modify the ship to address from the order.
- We are not responsible for shipper delivery delays.
- Once placed we cannot cancel or modify your order.
- Once a package is shipped any loss or delay is shipper responsibility and a claim must be filed by you with shipper.
- We currently do NOT ship outside of the domestic United States. Please do not order if you need a dress shipped outside of the USA.
